In the Hills of Sabina and near to Casaprota (Lazio) it's the Estate with 8 stone houses of various sizes.
The larger house was recently restored using good quality materials and with fitting of modern design.
MATERIALS: The floors were built with chestnut beams and antique terracotta tiles and the pitched roof is ventilated and also made of chestnut, the roof is made with old Roman tiles and tiles recovered from the old roof, bathrooms and kitchens are lined with Moroccan tiles, the floors are made of old bricks.
Fittings: the underfloor heating system, is powered by a stove Palazzetti Multifire (pellets and wood) and solar panels. It was designed a system of herbal purification for the wastewater. It has been installed a rainwater collecting system.
As mentioned in the Estate there are other stone buildings to be restored that their surface could increase residential volume.
