Casale Sant’Antonio is a magnificent historical home in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The house was originally a small monastery that was built in the early 1500’s around a watch tower dating back to the 1100’s.
The house is just 10 km from Perugia, 15 km from Lake Trasimeno and 30 km from Assisi.
The two wings of the monastery eventually became two separate homes and the the property next beside to the tower is for sale. The original central monastic courtyard is in common but the houses face different directions and their large gardens are located at opposite ends of the complex. The houses are not semi-detached.
