This attractive vineyard property enjoys a stunning hilltop position in the heart of the premier Monferrato wine region, with a fantastic 360° view over rolling hills, vineyards and medieval hilltop villages. On clear day you can see Monviso (90 Km or 56 miles distant) and other mountains of the the magnificent Swiss and French Alps can be seen in the distance. Located along a small country lane with very little traffic, road access is excellent: the busy market town Nizza Monferrato, a centre of the wine trade with excellent restaurants and shopping facilities, several banks, a hospital, a cinema, etc., is only a 3km drive away. The colourful weekly Friday market at Nizza's main square, the Piazza Garibaldi, and the antique market, held there on one Sunday each month, are both very popular. The motorway can be reached within 20 minutes; the international airports of Milan, Turin and Genoa within 60 to 90 minutes.
