Picturesque and historic castle that is part of an enchanting medieval hamlet located in a dominating, panoramic position just 7 km from Todi. Originally built as a garrison in the 13th c. on the ruins of a Roman fortress, the castle was modified over the centuries and its history is documented in the archives of the Comune of Todi. The castle has been carefully renovated and restored in full respect of the hamlet, the regional traditions, and the unique architectural features of the building which is also embellished by a harmonious exterior brick arched loggia. There is a total of ca. 850 sqmt now divided into ten apartments, including a main entrance hall, lounging rooms, a large dining room with fireplace, service areas including laundry room, 4 bathrooms, cantina and small outside garden. The apartments are of one, two and three rooms each with fully-equipped kitchenette and 1 bathroom.
There is an additional ca. 180 sqmt of space yet to be restored and 5,000 sqmt of park near the castle with centuries-old trees, footpaths and private parking.
