The house is located a few kilometres away from Rieti, plunged in a beautiful countryside.
The house recently built is set on two floors. At the entrance, the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom which also has a large loft fully usable. Through the internal staircase, you get to the living area, which overlooks the other side of the garden and has a panoramic view over the hills and the surrounding countryside. This area is composed of three large areas divided by two large arches. The French windows gives to the whole area a good ventilation and lighting.
The kitchen and the fireplace were made on a well refined rustic style giving to this area a warm atmosphere. Completes this area a bathroom with the connections for the washing machine. The house also has a cellar with external access and a beautiful garden.
